Let's Help Our Story Survive!

We believe that the real quality of our local products is not industrialised! In Italy the taxation of farms is tremendously high, and this inevitably leads to an industrialization of products to increase the number of pieces produced to continue their business, in reverse, with only few pieces produced, they would not be able to go on! There are many farms that pretend to be genuine, selling millions of pieces and claiming that they are produced in just a few square kilometers of local land! As you can understand, this can't be possible at all, which is why we got back into the game. With our know-how and our knowledge, we carefully select the remaining true farms and create a highly genuine line, supervised by us, to offer the final consumer a real heirloom of traditions.
